You can use it with either Apple's Find My or Android's Find Hub - but only ever with one of these ecosystems. Once paired with an iPhone, Chipolo LOOP will work on Apple's Find My network, i.e. it will not be available on the Android ecosystem. If you activate the locator chip on an Android device, it works on the Android Find Hub network and cannot be used simultaneously with an iPhone.
