For everyday comfort and faster recovery, we've added curcumin (95%), Boswellia serrata (65% AKBA) and MSM to support a healthy inflammatory response after exercise. And to make curcumin really work, there's black pepper extract (95% piperine) for better absorption. The whole thing is rounded off with vitamin C from acerola, which contributes to normal collagen production - so not only joints get support, but also tendons, ligaments and even skin.

Recommended dosage and preparation
Mix 1 scoop (16 g) in 300-500 ml of water. Can be taken on an empty stomach or with food, depending on personal preference.
