Thanks to Liposovit's liposomal technology, vitamin C is "packed" into tiny lipid particles that pass through the digestive tract more easily with less loss of the active ingredient, so the body can use a greater amount than with conventional forms of vitamin C. The ideal source of vitamin C is fresh fruit and vegetables. However, hard training, stress, lack of sleep, polluted environments, smoking or alcohol can significantly increase the daily requirement.
