Vitamin D3 doesn't just support immunity - it helps maintain normal muscle function, promotes recovery after exercise and plays a role in overall hormonal balance. But vitamin D deficiency is still common: we spend more time indoors, and for several months of the year our UVB radiation is so low that the body simply can't produce enough of it. In addition, vitamin D3 alone without vitamin K2 (MK-7) is not quite enough. D3 increases calcium absorption, while K2 helps direct calcium where it belongs - in the bones and teeth, instead of accumulating unnecessarily in soft tissues. The result is simple: a stronger foundation, stable daily readiness and better coverage of the October-April period when the body cannot reliably make enough vitamin D on its own.
