The de Buyer ALCHIMY glass lid is designed for cookware from the Alchimy, Loqy and Affinity series. The main part is glass, while the rim and handle are made of stainless steel. The lid is oven-safe up to 250°C. A deep rim improves stability on the pot and a steam vent releases excess steam. It is dishwasher-safe.
