The Dell PowerEdge T160 server is designed as a compact Mini Tower server that is ideal for small and medium businesses or edge computing deployments. The steel enclosure with an opaque sidewall provides high mechanical durability and easy integration into a typical office environment without the need for complex rack infrastructure. The design is optimized for efficient airflow, which helps maintain stable operation even under prolonged load. The power supply of the components is provided by a 300W power supply. The server is delivered without an operating system, this allows the implementation of a software solution exactly according to the requirements of the infrastructure.

The computing base is the Intel Xeon 6315P processor, which has 4 cores and operates at a base frequency of 2,800 MHz. Thanks to automatic power boost technology, the frequency can reach up to 5,200 MHz if required. The processor is equipped with 12MB of cache, supports virtualization and operates with a maximum TDP of 55W.

The server uses a 2 TB HDD with a capacity of 7,200 rpm. /min and connection via SATA III interface. The internal layout of the cabinet allows for further capacity increases. In total, there are three 3.5" drive bays (one already fitted) and two 2.5" drive bays. The PCI Express x8 and PCI Express x16 slots are used to extend the functionality of the system, for example, when installing dedicated controllers.
