The Denon Home 150 Offers a Balanced and Rich Sound
The speaker features preset quick selections that make music streaming easy. Sophisticated audio components, professionally tuned digital signal processing, and high-quality full-range drivers guarantee that the Denon Home 150 can faithfully reproduce various music genres, from acoustic music to jazz to classical. Thanks to a wide frequency range from 54Hz to 20,000Hz and support for Hi-Res audio (FLAC, WAV, ALAC, DSD 2.8/5.6MHz), you can look forward to detailed sound with deep bass, clear mids, and refined highs.
The speaker can be controlled by voice
The Denon Home 150 BT speaker is compatible with the main voice assistants: Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Siri. You can simply ask it to play a song, turn up the volume, skip to the next track, and much more, just with a voice command. To enable control via Amazon Alexa, simply download the HEOS Home Entertainment skill directly from the Amazon Alexa app.
Modern Controls with a Proximity Sensor
Easy adjustment of playback and other functions is enabled by capacitive buttons with a proximity sensor, which are located on the top panel and light up (appear) when you approach with your hand. There are also three quick select buttons for saved internet radio stations, eliminating the need to tune and search again. Playback can then be controlled with a simple tap of a button. Press once to play or pause. Two taps will skip to the next track, while three taps will take you back one track.
The App Helps You with Speaker Placement
Convenient remote control of the speaker is possible with the free HEOS mobile app, which gives you access to advanced settings and makes it easy to integrate the BT speaker into your home Wi-Fi network. You can then monitor, control, or adjust the parameters of your home audio system from anywhere using your mobile phone. The app also offers a practical Placement EQ feature, which helps you place and set up the speaker to deliver optimal sound performance based on the room's acoustics.
The Denon Home 150 supports live streaming
Thanks to its wide wireless connectivity, which includes both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, the Denon Home 150 speaker is ready for live music streaming from globally popular platforms such as Apple Music, Amazon Music HD, TIDAL, TuneIn, Deezer, and more. The Denon Home 150 also features AirPlay 2 wireless technology (requires iOS 11.4 or later), which supports wireless streaming of audio content from Apple devices like an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. The AirPlay 2 feature requires both the Denon speaker and the Apple device to be connected to the same home Wi-Fi network.
The HEOS feature provides wireless sound for every room
A key feature of the Denon Home 150 is HEOS, an advanced wireless technology from Denon that allows you to manage multiple audio devices simultaneously and use them for effective audio in every room of the house. You can stream the same music to all rooms, or you can choose different audio content for each zone. The system can be easily expanded with additional speakers, AV receivers, soundbars, Hi-Fi systems, etc. Up to 32 devices can be added to a single installation. Thanks to stable data transmission, simple control via the mobile app, and wide compatibility, the HEOS system is the ideal choice if you are looking for an effective and reliable multi-room audio solution.
Number of channels
The number of channels in speaker systems and home cinemas indicates the number of independent audio signals (speakers) and subwoofers, most often in the X.Y format (e.g., 2.0, 5.1). It indicates how many audio tracks are reproduced simultaneously, which determines the spatial experience and bass depth of the system, from basic stereo sound (2.0) to surround sound (5.1 and higher).
System type
An active speaker is one that has a built-in amplifier, and to listen, you just need to connect it to a sound source, either wired or wirelessly. Passive speakers are more often referred to as speaker systems. They are intended more for high-quality, loud, and dynamic listening in the comfort of your home and are not suitable for frequent transport. The main advantage of passive speakers is the ability to connect a variety of sources through a separate amplifier.Specifications
