Phantom ULTIMATE 98dB is an ultra-compact home sound system with 400W RMS power. A compact wireless speaker with timeless design from the French high-end technology manufacturer. Phantom combines analogue and digital technologies with premium audio performance, promising sound without any oversaturation, distortion or background noise. The speaker is AirPlay compatible, Google Cast, Spotify Connect - support for lossless streaming, Tidal Connect, UPnP, Roon Ready (RAAT), Bluetooth 5.2 (SBC and AAC codecs), 1× mini-TOSLINK (optical) and Qobuz Connect.

Setup and stereo pairing via the Devialet app
The Devialet app is required for the initial setup of the Devialet Phantom Ultimate speaker (without this initial setup, the speaker will not work - even via Bluetooth). Stereo pairing is performed using the Devialet application. Once both speakers are turned on and set up separately, the app will automatically offer to pair them - if they are the same model. Pairing can also be started manually in the settings. Devialet's Adaptive Volume Level technology uses real-time dynamic equalization to provide a smoother, more balanced listening experience. The Devialet Reprodutkor uses ADH technology to deliver sound at its most immersive - all with lower power consumption and crystal clear frequencies up to 35 kHz.
Compatible accessories and extensions
Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB is compatible with the Tree stand, Gecko wall mount and Devialet Remote. DevialetArch is not supported. Accessories from the previous Devialet Phantom II series (including the Cocoon case) are compatible, although the finish may differ.
Optimal positioning for maximum sound performance
For the ideal setup for the Devialet Phantom Ultimate, place the speaker 45 to 90 cm above the ground for maximum effect. Leave at least 30 cm of space between the speaker and the wall, to allow bass frequencies to bounce naturally and keep the area in front of the speaker clear for unobstructed sound propagation. For the best experience, place the speaker between 1.5 and 2.5 metres from the listening position.
