Sperm quality is deteriorating worldwide. Experts base this on the fact that approximately 40% of the world's male population currently has abnormal sperm. In male fertility, sperm quality plays a crucial role. Previously, it was reported that the normal sperm concentration is 80-120 million per millilitre. Now we can observe a fairly rapid decline in sperm quality and a decrease in their concentration in the ejaculate. According to the current physiological values according to the WHO (World Health Organization), only 15 million sperm are sufficient to meet the condition of a normal number of sperm per millilitre.
Spermatogenesis
FERTILAN is a significant source of L-arginine, L-carnitine, royal jelly, maca extract, vitamin C, ginseng root, vitamin E, coenzyme Q10, zinc, manganese, copper, vitamin B6, B12, folic acid and selenium. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis (the production of male sex cells-sperm). Spermatogenesis is also influenced by sex hormones, especially testosterone. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal levels. Zinc also contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. In addition to sperm production, psyche is also an important factor affecting male fertility. Vitamin C and vitamin B12 contribute to normal mental activity and nervous system function.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule 2 times a day. Swallow whole and wash down with plenty of liquid. The first capsule in the morning (preferably before the first meal) and the second capsule in the evening. Long-term use is recommended.
