FISKARS Edge Block with five knives

FISKARS Edge knives supplied in a block are made of high-quality Japanese stainless steel (hardness HRC 53). The thinning blade grinding ensures long-lasting sharpness. Edge Knife Set Maintenance

It is recommended to wash the knives with warm water and dishwashing detergent after use and dry them. The knives are dishwasher safe, but to maintain the durability of the non-stick coating and sharpness, gentle hand washing is recommended. Use the Fiskars Whetstone sharpening set or the Roll-Sharp sharpener to sharpen. Keep the block clean and dry.
