Active Ingredients
- Valerian (Kozlík lékařský) - contains components that act on the concentration of the inhibitory substance GABA at nerve connections in the brain. This helps promote calmness and muscle relaxation for good quality sleep.
- Lemon Balm (Meduňka lékařská) - is known for its calming properties on the nervous system and can help alleviate anxiety. It is therefore suitable for calming down before falling asleep.
- Passionflower (Mučenka pletní) - contains substances that can influence neurotransmitters in the brain and support mental well-being. Passionflower affects sleep quality and improves mood and the dream (REM) phase of sleep.
- Hops (Chmel otáčivý) - the extract from the cones of common hops contains substances with calming and relaxing effects. It has the potential to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep and prolong sleep duration.
