The Guzzanti GZ 620 home baker is a fully automatic machine that prepares homemade crusty bread to your specifications up to a weight of 1,600 grams. You can choose from three weights of baked bread - 1 125, 1 350 and 1 600 grams.
The bakery has 19 automatic programs, the ability to set the time and keep the temperature for 60 minutes. All presets can be set using the touch control, which then displays a clear LCD screen. Another feature is the ability to set the degree of browning of the crust - whether it should be light, medium or toasted.
In addition to various types of bread, buttermilk, yoghurt, jams or pizza and cake dough can also be prepared.

Hours
The delayed start function allows you to delay the start of baking for up to 15 hours. The non-stick surface of the mould and the kneading hook, which is included in the package, ensures easy maintenance. You can rely on secure positioning on the counter thanks to the non-slip rubber feet.
