Havana Club 7Y 0,7l 40%
Whenever Havana Club 7 is blended, a portion of the rum is returned to the casks to mature further, until it is ready to become the heart of the next batch. Thanks to this continuous ageing process, this bottle contains a unique combination of rums, with the oldest being several decades old and not a single drop younger than 7 years. The spirit of this exceptional rum lives on. Havana Club 7 is a dark, deep amber Cuban rum that carries the signature character of the Cuban terroir.
The taste and aroma of Havana Club 7
On the nose, you'll find tobacco, tropical fruit and roasted nuts with a pleasantly bittersweet aroma. The palate is perfectly balanced between sweet notes of spiced vanilla, molasses and charred oak. In the long finish, the woody notes ultimately win this contest. Cubans are in no hurry, and this rum is a perfect example of their approach to life. It is meant to be sipped slowly with friends, allowing it to reveal all its secrets. Enjoy Havana Club 7 neat, on a cube of ice, or with a slice of orange on the side. Each time, it will surprise you with new aromas and flavours.
