Materials and Construction for Efficient Cooking
The three-layer sandwich base combines the properties of several materials to achieve optimal heat distribution. The inner layer of 304 stainless steel is hygienic, the aluminium core ensures fast and even heat distribution across the entire base, and the outer shell of 430 magnetic stainless steel allows the pot to be used on induction hobs. The handles are attached to the pot's body using a technology that minimises heat transfer and keeps them cool. The outer surface has a satin finish.
