The secret of Bradley smokers lies in the hidden taste of Bradley wood briquettes. Wood sawdust is used in their production. This sawdust is pressed together at the correct densities under precisely controlled pressure. The taste of smoked meals varies considerably depending on which type of wood has been used. Apple briquets provide a smoother smell of smoke which is great for smoking poultry and freshwater fish.
Bradley smokes one briquette for 20 minutes. It produces a clean taste of wood in cold smoke.Once a briquette is pushed, the smoke generator automatically pushes it into a bowl of water to prevent unwanted ash bursts. Subsequently, another briquette is loaded from the container to automatically keep the smoking process running.
When you're burning briquettes there is no other such burning happening, thus preserving the pure taste of selected wood. If a higher temperature of combustion of wood occurs, undesirable gases and combustion resin products will be generated. But this does not happen in Bradley smokers, so you do not have to worry that unwanted phenomena will disrupt the perfect taste of your smoked meals.

Bradley Briquettes are made of premium hardwood without additives. Tests conducted by the University of Technology in British Columbia have shown that briquettes produce smoke four times cleaner than smoke that produces ordinary sawdust burning.
