Den Braven VINYLESTER DEBBEX chemical anchor is a 2-component chemical anchoring system based on vinylester resins, suitable for fast anchoring. The chemical anchor is styrene-free. It provides a very fast anchor and boasts high strength. Curing takes place via a chemical process. Use it for anchoring steel rods, railing posts and bolts. It can handle anchoring into substrates made of concrete, concrete blocks, solid masonry, hollow bricks, stone and other materials. It is very well-suited for the mechanical fastening of shop windows, garage doors or display cases.

Use:
First, drill a hole of the required dimensions. Clean the hole thoroughly with a brush and pump. It is essential to mix both components thoroughly (grey colour). Apply using an application gun (mechanical or electric). Dispense the first 10cm or so outside the hole until the anchor is grey. Then apply the material directly into the hole and insert the threaded rod or other elements with a twisting motion. When applying into hollow materials, you must use a plastic or metal sleeve and the hole needs to be filled completely with the mortar. When anchoring into solid materials, sleeves are not used and the hole is filled to 1/3 to 1/2 of its depth.
