G21 Oklahoma BBQ Cast Iron Plate
Once you've tasted meat or vegetables grilled on a cast-iron plate, you'll never want to cook them any other way. The plate is made from high-quality cast iron, which is highly resistant to scratches and can withstand high temperatures. The 43×29cm grilling surface offers two types of surface for preparing delicious grilled treats. The smooth surface is ideal for preparing vegetables, while the ribbed section is perfect for grilling juicy steaks or tasty fish. A major advantage of a griddle plate over a classic rack is that the juices don't drip into the fire when you're grilling meat. This allows you to prepare sensationally juicy steaks, fish or sausages. Vegetables also stay wonderfully moist. With a cast-iron plate, there's absolutely no risk of any of your grilled delicacies falling into the fire. Become the master of the barbecue party with the G21 cast-iron plate for the Oklahoma BBQ gas grill.
