Tohle není dotaz, ale spíš rada pro nezkušené: jedná se o litinu bez jakékoliv úpravy (to je normální). Je velmi náchylná ke korozi (viz recenze jednoho anonyma). Před prvním použitím je potřeba litinu vypálit a ošetřit olejem (stolní je ok) a "zapéct" ho. po použití je nutné opálit a omýt povrch (nejlépe bez jaru) a hned osušit a ošetřit vrstvou oleje. čím častěji to opakujete, tím dříve se vytvoří odolná, až "nepřilnavá", vrstva, která chrání pánev proti korozi. dlouhodobý kontakt s kyselými potravinami nahlodá vrstvu a může opět způsobit korozi. Většina koroze je jen povrchová a není problém se jí drátěnkou zbavit. Litina vydrží i generace, ale je náchylná na pády.
