Potzillas SOILY MODLIVKA™ substrate is a specially blended peat-free mix for houseplants from the Calathea, Maranta, and Stromanthe genera. Airy composition for sensitive plants
The mix is suitable for plants that cannot tolerate drying out completely, but also require that their roots do not sit in waterlogged soil for long periods. The main ingredient is coir, which has a balanced pH and a stable structure. Due to its low content of easily decomposable organic matter, the substrate naturally limits the conditions that favour fungus gnats. Before use, simply mix the substrate, pot the plant, and water thoroughly. We recommend starting to fertilise approximately four weeks after planting.
