Dobrý den, mám tiskárnu HP 3630 series. Koupila jsem do ní barevnou cartridge 302 a tiskárna stále hlásí, že je cartrige s tiskárnou nekompatibilní. Přitom je to přesně ta, která do tiskárny patří. Může se jednat o vadný výrobek? Můžu event. požádat o výměnu zboží? Děkuji předem za odpověď.

Dobrý, pri tlačiarni typu HP All-in-One Deskjet Ink Advantage 3639 je písané, že náplň č. 302 je kompatibilná k tejto tlačiarni, avšak pri náplni, nie je v zozname tento typ tlačiarne. Bude teda kompatibilná alebo nie? Ďakujem.

Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem u vás cartridge (je to necelý měsíc, fakturu mám) a nyní jsem při výměně kazet zjistila, že do mé tiskárny nepatří 302 ale 652. Černou jsem rozdělala, odlepila pásku a zacvakla do tiskárny, načež mi tiskárna zahlásila nekompatibilní kazetu. Předpokládám, že ta už vyměnit nepůjde, ale mohla bych na prodejně vyměnit alespoň tu barevnou, která je originál zabalená? Děkuji za odpověď.

Pise se vyteznost 165 stran, ale vytisknu sotva 20 a je prazdno.. Jak tomu mam rozumet????
