The course of the game
Ligrett is all about speed and perception. Your goal is to get rid of all ten cards from your Ligretto deck as quickly as possible. Each player has their own set of 40 cards with numbers 1-10 in four suits. Everyone plays at the same time, no one waits for anyone. In the middle of the table, you create a common straight from 1 to 10 in each suit and try to place your cards on it as quickly as possible. The game stands out for its simplicity and high level of interaction between players. You must constantly monitor the action on the table, reacting quickly to new opportunities while trying to outrun your opponents.
