Melissa & Doug Vet
This 24-piece Melissa & Doug Veterinarian playset for budding vets aged 3 and up includes two adorable plush animals, a dog and a cat, and lots of accessories, including a stethoscope, thermometer, syringe, ear scope, tweezers, and clamp. There are also bottles, tubes, and jars of pretend medicines and ointments, bandages, and a cast for aches and pains, and even an Elizabethan collar to stop pets from licking their wounds. Imaginative play for developing empathy and reducing fear of doctors
The Melissa & Doug Veterinarian set for children makes vet visits less scary by making the tools and procedures more familiar and less intimidating. It builds empathy and nurturing skills. Taking on the role of a vet encourages children to think about the needs and feelings of others as they care for their plush patients back to health.
