Five interconnected scenarios await you as you crack ciphers, analyse clues and draw conclusions. You start by saving innocent lives from an explosion in a concert hall and end by uncovering the secrets of Moriarty himself. Each scenario guides you through the story with short text passages. At key points, you'll encounter puzzles and ciphers that you must solve in order to proceed further. There is also a "mind palace" hint system to help you if you get stuck. The game combines elements of gamebooks, escape games and classic detective stories into a unique experience.

History of the game and its creators
The Sherlock Holmes vs Moriarty board game was created by French game designer and illustrator Rodolphe Massé. The game was originally published in 2020 by French publisher Hachette Heroes. Rodolphe Massé is the author not only of the game mechanism, but also of all the illustrations that give the game its unique atmosphere.
