Imou Cruiser SC 5Mpx
Imou Cruiser SC 5Mpx
The Imou Cruiser SC IP camera provides reliable outdoor monitoring with detailed 5MP resolution of 2880 × 1620 px and a wide 78° field of view, which effectively reduces blind spots. The PTZ device with motorised rotation can handle continuous surveillance even in complete darkness thanks to its hybrid Smart Full-Colour night vision with a range of up to 30m, and it offers advanced human detection with active deterrence. It is powered from the mains using the included adapter, while the robust design with an improved bracket can safely withstand adverse weather conditions. Advanced Motion Detection 2.0 algorithms focus on precise motion detection and human figure recognition, reducing the occurrence of false alarms. The integrated Motion Track feature continuously tracks and keeps moving objects in the camera's view for a perfect overview of what is happening. If a designated area is breached, the system activates flashing red and blue lights along with a loud 110dB siren to effectively deter unwanted visitors.

Image Quality and Video Compression
The 1/3.06" CMOS sensor provides a clear and sharp image with a resolution of 2880 × 1620 px at a frame rate of 20 fps. The fixed 3.6mm focal length lens offers viewing angles of 78° horizontally, 43° vertically, and 93° screen sizely for optimal coverage of the monitored area. Efficient H.265 and H.264 video compression reduces network transmission demands and significantly saves storage capacity while maintaining high recording quality.
Hybrid Night Mode
The Imou Cruiser SC IP camera offers flexible night vision with a range of up to 30m and several selectable modes for optimal viewing in the dark. In smart mode, it captures the scene in black and white using the IR illuminator and automatically activates the integrated spotlights upon detecting suspicious movement, switching to full-colour display. Colour mode uses constant illumination from the spotlights, while infrared mode provides a clear black and white image in complete darkness without any distracting visible light.
Two-way Audio and Communication
The PTZ Imou Cruiser SC IP camera includes a built-in microphone and speaker with an integrated echo cancellation feature for clear sound transmission. It allows for convenient real-time two-way communication with people at your entrance, no matter where you are. The audio system is also used to broadcast the warning signal of the built-in siren when a breach of the protected perimeter is detected.
Data Storage Options
The Imou Cruiser SC IP camera saves security monitoring recordings locally on a MicroSD memory card, which offers an integrated slot supporting capacities up to 512GB. An alternative option is the Imou Protect cloud storage, which keeps your recording history safe on a remote server. Users have various recording modes available, including motion-activated recording or recording based on a pre-set schedule.
Connectivity and App
Stable network connectivity for the Imou Cruiser SC IP camera is ensured by a modern WiFi 6 wireless connection on the 2.4GHz band for higher transfer speeds and a more stable signal, with a classic RJ-45 Ethernet port also available. The Imou Life mobile app, available in English, Czech, and Slovak for Android, iOS, and Windows, allows for convenient remote control of rotation from 0° to 355° horizontally and 0° to 90° vertically, as well as live view monitoring and settings management. Support for the standardised ONVIF network protocol expands integration possibilities with compatible recording devices and systems from other manufacturers.
