Why take Omega-3?
Contains unique essential fatty acids from unique natural sources derived from anchovies and tuna in a particularly extra potent and effective dose. DHA contributes to proper brain function and good eyesight. EPA and DHA support optimal heart function and affect the proper ratio of LDL to HDL cholesterol and have long-term anti-inflammatory effects. (A beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. )
