The KOHERSEN meat fork from the Elegance series is a tool designed for precise meat handling when carving, serving or skewering larger cuts of meat. The product is made of one piece of stainless steel, equipped with two solid teeth that provide sufficient strength and stability under load.

The use of quality 430 steel is key with the KOHERSEN meat fork - this material offers a higher hardness than the common stainless steels used in kitchen utensils. It is resistant to bending or deformation, which is essential when the fork is subjected to pressure when handling heavier meat. Due to its higher chromium content, it also exhibits good anti-corrosion properties and corrosion resistance in normal use.

The handle is made of African ebony wood with a length of 13.5 cm, ergonomically profiled so that it fits well in the hand and prevents slipping during handling. Ebony wood adds an aesthetic element, while being strong and helping to insulate from heat when working with hot meat. The teeth and the handle are firmly connected so that the whole is stable and long-lasting.

The total length of the fork is 30 cm, while the weight is 168 g, making this tool relatively lightweight but robust enough for normal kitchen use. To preserve the quality of the surface and wood, wash the KOHERSEN Elegance fork by hand and then dry with a cloth.
