Dobrý den, zakoupené sluchátka nejsou v bluethoot viditelná v telefonu ani pc. V návodu o zapnutí/vypnutí bluethoot ve sluchátkach není zmínka, jen o následném párování. Z toho tedy soudím že mají být viditelné hned po uvedení do provozu což nejsou. Chtěl bych se tedy zeptat, jestli je přiložený návod nedostačující a jakožto prodejce mi zašlete takový, podle kterého sluchátka zprovozním nebo jde o závadu a mám je reklamovat?
