LaCie 2.5" Rugged Triple 2TB

The LaCie 2.5" Rugged Triple is a unique external hard drive specially designed for use in difficult conditions. It is highly shock, rain, and pressure resistant, which allows you to take your important data with you wherever you go. The attractive, iconic design by Neil Poulton combines subtle grey with distinctive orange. The compact 2.5" body fits into your pocket, hiding a powerful hard drive ready at your disposal.

Incredibly durable

The shock, water, drop and pressure resistance was rigorously tested. Being able to withstand a 1.2m fall or shocks up to 1000G, the drive corresponds to 810-F military standard. The top-class hard drive utilizes the USB 3.0 interface for improved, higher transfer speed but it is also backward compatible with USB 2.0. The drive features a FireWire 800 interface but allows you to use FireWire 400, too.

Safety first

Rugged Triple keeps your data well protected from a third party thanks to a special application enabling setting a user password with AES 256-bit encryption. You can be sure that your files are safe at all times while you can comfortably access them from any computer.
