The low rim of the pan allows you to easily flip a crêpe or neatly fold an omelette in a flash and then slide it onto a plate. In the 28cm diameter pan with a non-stick inner surface, you can cook delicious meals without the risk of food sticking or burning, and using a minimal amount of fat. It is very easy to maintain and clean. You can use it on all hob types, including induction. The elegant stainless steel handle allows for a comfortable and secure grip. The pan is resistant to high temperatures and abrasion. Perfect cooking results are ensured by the pan's well-thought-out construction, which consists of key layers. The base is a highly conductive aluminium core, which ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface of the pan. The heart of the pan is the inner granite surface, which is exceptionally resistant to abrasion, prevents burning even at higher temperatures and allows for healthy food preparation with a minimum of fat. On the outside, the pan is protected by an elegant sprayed coating, while the bottom is enclosed by a thick induction base, making the pan fully compatible with all types of hobs. You can also use the GRANIT pan in the oven for finishing dishes. When used in the oven, it is heat-resistant up to 230°C.
