Dobrý den, sluchátka jsme reklamoval, protože se jedno nenabíjelo a nepřipojovalo. Nyní se mi vrátili opravené, ale každé ze sluchátek se zobrazuje jako samostatné zařízení, k telefonu se sice připojí obě, ale vždy hraje jen jedno, nikde ne obě najednou. Zkoušel jsem vypnout/zapnout, znovu připojit, resp. spárovat, ale nic nepomáhá. Je s tím možné něco udělat nebo musím znovu reklamovat? Děkuji za odpověď.
