Optics with a long tradition
The Levenhuk Heritage Base 10×40 binoculars are made from Russian optical glass manufactured at the famous Russian Kazan Optical Mechanics Plant, founded in 1940, which has been manufacturing optical observation instruments for the military for more than 70 years. Thanks to its high quality standards, Russian optical glass is globally recognized among soldiers and hunters.
Metal construction
Rugged metal construction protects lenses and prisms from vibration and accidental bumps. The construction is made of aluminum alloy and all joints are sealed with a special fabric that protects this optical instrument from dust and moisture. The optical and mechanical parts of the telescope are resistant to extreme temperatures. The operating temperature range is from -40 to +50 °C.
