The Maxi Vita ESSENTIALS Motion+ food supplement comes in capsule form containing collagen, chondroitin sulphate, MSM, hyaluronic acid, vitamins and minerals. Native (undenatured) type II collagen is a natural component of articular cartilage and forms a significant part of its structure. Chondroitin sulphate is naturally present in cartilage, where it binds water and contributes to its hydration and elasticity. Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of synovial fluid. Motion+ is suitable for active individuals, athletes and older people who want to care for their musculoskeletal system.

Active Ingredients
- Chondroitin sulphate is a glycosaminoglycan that occurs naturally in cartilage. It binds water and maintains cartilage hydration, ensuring elasticity and cushioning.
- Hyaluronic acid is the main component of synovial (joint) fluid. This fluid acts as a lubricant, ensuring smooth joint movement and shock absorption.
- Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support joint comfort. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation. Manganese for the proper formation of connective tissues and copper for their normal function. Zinc to support healthy bones.

Recommended Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid.
