Ingredients

Wholemeal rice flour* 70%, corn flour** 20%, wholemeal barley flour* 10%, vitamin B1 (according to EU regulation), may contain traces of mustard seed

Preparation

Please follow the preparation instructions. Always prepare porridge fresh and never use leftovers. Do not boil or heat the porridge in the microwave.

Dairy:
1. Prepare 150 to 170 ml of Holle milk in a bowl or bottle according to the instructions and mix with 25 g (6 tbsp) of Holle porridge.
2. Allow to cool to 37 °C. The porridge can be served immediately.

Non-dairy:
1. 200 ml of boiled water, preferably Holle baby water, let cool to 50 °C.
2. Add 25 g of Holle porridge (6 tbsp) and stir in 1 teaspoon of Holle baby oil. This will achieve the ideal consistency.

Storage conditions

Use within 3 weeks after opening. Store in a dark and dry place.

Notice

Breastfeeding is the best and most natural nutrition for your baby. Consult your midwife or paediatrician before using any infant formula.
