A reusable hot and cold postnatal pad that helps provide soothing comfort and effective pain relief after childbirth. This slim postnatal pad offers maximum comfort after giving birth and is made with innovative Thera°Pearl® colourSmart™ technology. Used as a cold compress, it relieves perineal pain after a vaginal birth, caesarean section scar pain, and discomfort from haemorrhoids. Used as a warm compress, it relaxes perineal tissues before birth and relieves pain caused by postpartum uterine cramps. Safe for use in the postnatal period and while breastfeeding.

How to use:
- Cold compress: Freeze the pad for 4 hours before use
- Warm compress: Place the pad in the microwave before use (25s/700W, 19s/1000W, 16s/1250W)
- If needed, increase the time in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. The pad can also be immersed in hot (not boiling) water for 1–2 minutes. Always massage the pad gently to distribute the heat evenly.
- Apply for 20 minutes or as recommended by your doctor
