LEROS Morning Warm-up 20x1.5g
Herbal tea for morning warming and blood circulation. Myrtle, which is a symbol of love, beauty and youth, will pleasantly scent your morning. Black tea will boost blood circulation, mint and liquorice will kick-start digestion and ginger will give you energy. If you need to wake up and warm up in the morning, you should definitely try this tea.
Preparation and dosing
Pour a cup (250 ml) of boiling water over the infusion bag and remove the bag after 5 to 10 minutes of infusion in a closed container. Tea is drunk warm. It is always prepared fresh. You can also try it with milk and a teaspoon of honey.
Adults:
1 to 3 cups per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks, after 2 weeks the treatment can be repeated.
Taste and aroma
The distinctive aroma of myrtle is complemented by the pleasant bitterness of black tea and the refreshing sharpness of ginger and mint. With a shorter infusion, the aroma of myrtle stands out with a slight pungency of ginger, with a longer infusion it gains strength and tea-like bitterness, and in the finish the sweetness of liquorice is added. The warming effect of the mixture is matched by the honey-orange colour reminiscent of the autumn sun.
