Use:
Apply the serum twice a day, morning and evening, on clean and dry skin. Apply in one stroke along the upper lash line using the included applicator. Do not apply to the lower lash line. Allow the serum to dry for 90 seconds before using other cosmetic products. Do not use more than twice a day and do not apply directly to the lashes.
