This black tea comes from the famous Kericho district of Kenya, an area that is globally recognised for its ideal tea growing conditions. The plantations are situated at high altitudes ranging from 1800 to 2500 metres. It is this location, combined with the volcanic soil, that allows Camellia Sinensis Assamica to develop the deep and full character that is typical of Kenyan teas. Kericho Dusk Special is classified as "Special Grade". This is a unique blend of cultivars that deliberately breaks away from the standard black tea classes. The specificity of this tea is that it combines processed tea leaves with a proportion of stems and twigs. This process is not a flaw, but an intention that gives the blend a distinctive visual texture and, above all, a distinctive flavour profile that the leaves alone would not offer.

Ingredients
Assam tea tree (Camellia sinensis - Assamica variety).
Preparation of 10 g of tea in a 0.5 l teapot
1st infusion: Water at approx. 95 °C, boil for 3 minutes
