Siguro Motion Open L500SU Touchless Bin
The elegant Siguro Motion Open L500SU touchless bin has a 50-litre capacity, allowing you to dispose of rubbish without ever touching the lid. Touchless opening significantly reduces the risk of bacteria transfer and improves overall hygiene during everyday use. Simply approach the bin and the motion sensor, which has a range of up to 25cm, will automatically open the lid exactly when you need it. With its clean stainless steel design, black details and fingerprint-resistant finish, it's the perfect addition to modern kitchens, bathrooms and office spaces.
Simple and clean bin bag replacement
An inner retaining frame ensures that the bin bag is held firmly in place around the entire circumference. Thanks to this solution, the bag stays securely in place, doesn't slip, and remains hidden inside the Siguro Motion Open L500SU bin, so it doesn't detract from its clean appearance. Changing the bag is quick, easy and can be done in moments.
Motion sensor
Reacts exclusively to movement above the lid, eliminating unwanted opening when you walk past.
Automatic closing
After opening, the lid stays open for 5 seconds before closing automatically.
Durable surface
A special fingerprint-resistant finish reduces the visibility of smudges and makes cleaning easier.
Batteries included
Batteries are included in the package – the bin is ready for immediate use.How does the touchless lid sensor work?
The touchless lid opening operates via a motion sensor located in the upper part of the Siguro Motion Open L500SU bin, which detects movement exclusively directly above the lid, not around it. The lid opens automatically when the sensor detects a hand or object approximately 15–25cm above the bin. This targeted sensing is intentionally designed to prevent the lid from opening when you simply walk past, only activating when you actually intend to throw away rubbish. For the sensor to function correctly, it is advisable not to place the bin directly under low shelves, windowsills or other obstructions above the lid.
Fully automatic, touch-free operation
When the sensor is activated, the lid of the Siguro Motion Open L500SU touchless bin opens automatically, accompanied by a blue flashing (6×) LED. The lid remains open for 5 seconds, after which it closes by itself. The entire process is fully automatic and requires no physical contact, ensuring convenient and hygienic rubbish disposal. If you need to keep the lid open for longer, simply hold your hand or an object over the sensor – after 3 seconds, the permanently open lid mode will be activated.
Cordless operation and long battery life
The Siguro Motion Open L500SU touchless bin is powered by 6× AA batteries, which are included in the package. On a single set of batteries, the bin can handle approximately 1,200 to 1,800 lid openings, offering long-lasting performance even with daily use and requiring infrequent maintenance. Changing the batteries is also very simple and can be done without any tools, making it easy to operate and saving you time.
Fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish
The bin's design combines an elegant stainless steel finish with black details, giving it a clean, timeless look that will easily fit into any modern interior. The surface of the Siguro Motion Open L500SU touchless bin also features a special fingerprint-resistant coating that significantly reduces the visibility of smudges and marks from touching. This helps the bin maintain its smart appearance even with daily use, making cleaning quick and easy.
