This classic tea, known and loved by the general public, has been an everyday part of people's lives around the world for many years. The bright reddish-brown infusion has a pleasant and characteristic taste of Ceylon black teas with fruity notes and just a slight bitterness.
Ingredients
Assam tea tree.
Preparation
10 g of tea in a 0.5 l teapot. Water at approx. 100 °C, infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
These times are approximate and it is e.g. it is good to pour some tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and if necessary, strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. You should like the tea, and if, for example. prefer stronger teas, use more leaves, hotter water or extend the steeping time. Don't be afraid to experiment with tea, it's the only way to discover the flavours that suit you best.
