Use:
Proper brushing technique is essential for maintaining healthy gums and teeth. Brush the inner, outer and biting surfaces of the teeth twice a day for at least two minutes. Tilt the toothbrush at a 45° angle so that the bristles reach the gum line. To clean your teeth with Theodent toothpaste, we recommend spitting out the excess foam and rinsing your mouth after the first cleaning. Then apply a small amount of Theodent toothpaste to the toothbrush and brush your teeth again for at least 30 seconds. Spit out the foam, but do not rinse, as this will achieve a greater remineralising effect.
