Adult dosage:
Add 9 drops to an aromatherapy bottle or diffuser to scent approximately 100 m2. Add a maximum of 3 drops to 10 ml of vegetable oil or cream in body cosmetics and massage oils.
Dosing for children and pregnant women:
For pregnant women, sensitive persons and older children, use a lower dosage. For children under 2 years of age, use oils only for inhalation and in very small amounts.

Feel free to use this oil to freshen up sweaty clothes or to scent laundry during washing. Your laundry will smell like a forest!
Warning:
It is advisable to avoid using essential oils on the skin of children of infant age (up to 2 years). The only risk is from oxidised oil, which can irritate the skin. For topical use (on a specific area of the body), use only fresh oil, no more than 1 year old. Always store the oil well, preferably in a cool room out of the sunlight in a tightly sealed bottle. Do not open the bottle too often, exposure of the oil to air accelerates oxidation. After the expiry date, do not use the oil therapeutically, but only for household cleaning.
