Black Corsair

The villain must pay for his actions!

A man in a silk coat stepped out of the darkness. "Black Corsair," whispered the pirates. "You were on my brother's ship, the Red Corsair. Did they kill him?" - "Yes, and your other brother, Green Corsair, hung in the square." The Black Corsair, the bravest of all pirates, is determined to avenge his brothers' deaths.

Who doesn't like adventure novels with brave heroes who are caught up in the injustice of the world, but whose determination and desire to punish the guilty turns everything around in the end? The story of Emilio Salgari is that of the immortal Count of Monte Cristo. His hero, an Italian nobleman and corsair, also sets out on a quest for revenge.

Set against the backdrop of the 17th-century battles of the Corsairs against the Spanish colonists, the novel comes across as a celebration of courage, heroism and a strong will to exact just retribution.
