Music CD At midnight on Saturday 9 March 2002, a select crowd comprising the "who's who" of European festival promoters, record company executives, and journalists gathered at London's legendary Pizza Express Jazz Club to celebrate the release of the new e. s. t. album, Strange Place For Snow (ACT 9011-2). This evening paved the way for the band's international breakthrough. After nearly 100 concerts in 18 countries and six prestigious awards, e. s. t. took Europe by storm. The trio won the Victoire du Jazz in France and the BBC Jazz Award in England for Best International Artist.
