HEX: Swamp

She bet everything on getting into Inevitable. Now, for the first time, she will taste true virtual reality. And she will become the chosen one... or will she?

Find yourself in virtual reality in a matter of seconds. Have you ever played WoW? What about Black Desert Online? Tera Rising... any MMO game? Or perhaps you've seen the anime Sword Art Online? Read Ready Player One? If so, put all of that together and you've got the perfect mix that you won't be able to put down. If not, no worries. HEX: The Swamp is simply action fantasy. Just don't be surprised that it's set in the world of computer games.

Virtual reality in a book. What do an indebted, lonely ranger, a nagging orc, a foul-mouthed magical doe, an ascetic monk, and a gnoll with two daughters have in common? In reality, nothing. In virtual reality, everything. Ranger Leona is up to her neck in debt, and this party is supposed to help her defeat the top pros of a popular game. Naturally, trouble isn't far behind.

When games are better than life. The world of Inevitable is finally opening its virtual form, and Leona has it all planned out. All she has to do is activate her VIP ticket, choose the best hex to build a village, pick an elf, and quickly climb the ladder. She'll make money, pay off her debts, and never have to work again, just play this addictive game. She was good in the original online version, and there's no reason why she shouldn't shine in the virtual world too. That is, unless her plan falls apart in the very first second of the game. Some hexes are just worse than others. And she's got the absolute worst one. Indulge in an original Czech LitRPG with a heroine who has everything on the line, from the pen of successful author Zuzana Strachotová and game developer Tomáš Koška!
