The Con@ctivity function provides a high level of comfort for everyday cooking. The MIELE DAS 4630 cooker hood automatically reacts to the hob's settings and adjusts the extraction power to the current situation. This makes operation more convenient, smoother and eliminates the need for manual adjustments.
SmartControl for elegant and convenient operation
The MIELE DAS 4630 is equipped with SmartControl touch controls, which look modern and are very comfortable to use. A practical feature is the dimming function, which contributes to more pleasant operation and does not detract from the overall clean look of the appliance.
Economical ECO motor with high performance
At the heart of the cooker hood is an ECO motor, an economical DC motor that saves up to 50% more energy compared to conventional fans. It also offers solid extraction performance of up to 400m³/h on the 3rd setting and up to 720m³/h on the intensive setting, so it can handle more intensive cooking with ease.
10-layer stainless steel grease filter for effective filtration
A 10-layer stainless steel grease filter takes care of efficient grease removal, excelling with its high degreasing capacity while being easy to clean in the dishwasher. It's a practical solution that simplifies maintenance and helps to keep the cooker hood in good condition for a long time.
CleanCover for easier cleaning and greater safety
The interior of the cooker hood features the Miele CleanCover system. Its enclosed, smooth surface prevents contact with cables and the motor, contributing to safer operation and easier cleaning. This makes maintaining the cooker hood more convenient and quicker.
Uniform LED lighting for your work surface
The workspace under the hood is illuminated by an LED strip with a power of 1× 3W, an intensity of 330lx and a colour temperature of 3500K. The lighting is uniform and pleasant for everyday cooking, and also contributes to the overall energy efficiency of the appliance.
Automatic run-on and filter status indicator
For added convenience, the cooker hood is equipped with a run-on control, which keeps the fan running for 5 or 15 minutes after you finish cooking and then switches off automatically. The saturation indicator for both the grease and active carbon filters is also practical, alerting you when maintenance or replacement is needed.
Recirculation mode option
The MIELE DAS 4630 is designed for convertible operation and can also be used in recirculation mode. For this type of use, you need to purchase the appropriate conversion kit and a matching Active AirClean or Longlife AirClean filter, so you can adapt the solution to your specific kitchen.
Quiet and safe operation
The cooker hood offers quiet operation from just 38dB(A) on the 1st setting, reaching 56dB(A) on the 3rd setting and up to 70dB(A) on the intensive setting. It also includes a safety cut-out that automatically switches off the hood after 10 hours if it is accidentally left running.
