The MINISFORUM ASOME Max Studio is a compact Mini ITX desktop computer in a silver finish with an opaque plastic side panel. At the heart of this machine is an eight-core AMD Ryzen 7 8745HX processor with support for virtualisation and Multi-Threading technologies. The system offers 32GB of DDR5 RAM with a frequency of 5600MHz and a fast 1TB NVMe SSD. The computer comes without an operating system, giving you the freedom to choose and install your own software environment. Thanks to its dimensions of 51 × 130 × 127mm and low weight of 0.7kg, it takes up almost no space on your desk. In addition to the mini computer itself, the package contains everything you need to plug it in and start using it right away. The manufacturer has included an external power adapter, a power cable, and an HDMI cable.

This mini computer is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 8745HX processor with 8 cores and 16 threads. Its base frequency is 3.6GHz, climbing to 5.1GHz in turbo boost mode. It has 32MB of cache memory and a TDP of 75W. The processor supports virtualisation and Multi-Threading technology, which significantly speeds up demanding tasks and makes everyday multitasking easier.
Graphics chip
Image processing is handled by the integrated AMD Radeon 780M graphics with 16GB of dedicated memory. The graphics card ensures smooth operation of graphics editors and less demanding game titles. The system supports the simultaneous connection of up to four high-resolution monitors. Modern interfaces are available to transmit images in 4K resolution at 144Hz or even 8K at 60Hz via the USB-C interface.
Memory and storage expansion options
The basic configuration includes 32GB of DDR5 RAM with a frequency of 5600MHz, which is installed in one of the two available slots. The total memory capacity can be increased up to 96GB. Store your data on the fast 1TB SSD connected via the M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe interface. A second free M.2 slot is available for another drive, making future storage expansion easy.
Network connectivity
Wireless network connectivity is provided by a modern Wi-Fi 6E module, which is complemented by Bluetooth 5.3 technology for connecting peripheral devices. For a fast and stable wired connection to a local network or the internet, an integrated Ethernet port is provided. This port transmits data at speeds of up to 2.5Gb/s, satisfying even the demanding requirements for transferring large volumes of data on a corporate network.
Front and rear panel connectors
The computer offers a wide range of ports for connecting accessories and external devices. On the front, there are two USB-A ports and a 3.5mm combo audio jack for headphones and a microphone. The rear panel offers two more USB-A ports, one USB-C port, and a 2.5GbE RJ-45 network port. Video can be output to monitors via one HDMI port and one DisplayPort.
Silver chassis
With dimensions of 51 × 130 × 127mm and a weight of just 0.7kg, the design takes up very little space on your desk. The chassis, with its plastic side panel and silver finish, is complemented by VESA standard support. This makes it easy to mount the computer behind a monitor or on a wall using the included bracket. An efficient cooling system maintains low operating temperatures and quiet operation even under heavy load.
Efficient power supply
Stable operation of the entire system is ensured by an external 120W power adapter, which supplies 19V. Energy-efficient components, led by the processor, keep power consumption at a very low level. The computer uses energy very efficiently both at idle and during full workload, which reduces electricity running costs.
System security and management
The hardware includes AMD processor security features that support virtualisation. The absence of a pre-installed operating system gives administrators full control over the software installation, exactly according to the security standards of a specific organisation or company.
