Cookie Baci di Dama Nocciola are small, round, crispy cookies made of butter dough with ground hazelnuts, stuck together with rich chocolate cream. They are free of palm oil and artificial flavors. Ideal with coffee, tea or as a sweet break during the day. Baci di Dama translates as "lady's kisses" - they are named after the shape of two chocolate biscuits joined together to resemble a lady's kiss. This elegant dessert originated in the 19th century in the Piedmontese town of Tortona and is still one of the sweet icons of Italian confectionery today.
