Magnesium (magnesium) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, normal energy metabolism, normal protein synthesis. Recommended dosage
1-2 capsules per day, with liquid. It can be taken at any time of the day. To improve sleep and muscle relaxation, it should be taken in the evening before bedtime.
