The QNAP TS-464-8G NAS is designed for storing, backing up and sharing data in home and business environments. The device accommodates up to four SATA 6Gb/s hard drives or SSDs. A quad-core Intel Celeron N5095 processor and 8GB of DDR4 RAM handle network requests at high speed for smooth file access. The tower design measures 168×170×226mm and weighs 2.26kg without drives. This system offers a stable platform for centralising data, protecting sensitive information and running network applications on your local network. Support for RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10 disk arrays ensures reliable protection of stored data. The system uses an AES-NI-supported encryption engine for secure storage of sensitive personal and company files without sacrificing performance. A single 120mm fan cools the internal components. The device also includes a Kensington security lock slot. Typical power consumption during operation is 40.54W, dropping to 21.618W in disk sleep mode.

QTS operating system
The entire network storage is managed by the built-in QTS 5.2.9 operating system.
