nJoy Keen 2000 USB

nJoy Keen 2000 USB
The nJoy Keen 2000 USB backup power supply operates on a line-interactive topology, providing a real power output of 1200W and an apparent power of 2000VA. This nJoy Keen 2000 UPS stabilises fluctuating mains voltage using Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR), saving the battery for complete power outages. In battery mode, it delivers a simulated sine wave output, suitable for powering computers and standard electronics. The switch to battery power typically takes up to 4 milliseconds, reducing the risk of sensitive devices restarting. At half load (600W), it keeps connected equipment running for 4 minutes, giving you enough time to save your work and shut down the system correctly.
Key features of the nJoy Keen 2000 USB backup power supply
- Line-interactive topology with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
- Simulated sine wave output in battery mode
- Cold start function to start up without mains power
- USB and LAN communication ports for management
- Telephone and data line protection (RJ-11/45)
- Auto-Restart and Auto-Charge functions
- Four fully backed-up Schuko sockets
- Charges the battery when switched off
Performance and voltage regulation
This backup power supply uses line-interactive technology, which actively responds to instability in the electrical grid. It provides a real power output of 1200W (apparent 2000VA) and handles a wide input voltage range from 162 to 290VAC. The integrated Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) corrects undervoltage and overvoltage without switching to the battery, thereby extending its lifespan. It maintains a stable output voltage between 207 and 253VAC. The unit automatically detects the mains frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz.
Battery operation and protection
Two internal GP09122L batteries provide power during an outage. It takes approximately 6 hours to recharge them to 90% capacity. The backup time depends on the load: at 25% load (300W), it is 14 minutes, and at 50% load (600W), it is 4 minutes. The cold start function allows you to start the power supply even without mains power. Comprehensive protection includes a circuit breaker against overload and circuits that prevent damage from overvoltage, short circuits, deep discharge, or battery overcharging.
Operating features and installation
The power supply measures 178×148×298mm and weighs 10.1kg. The operating noise level does not exceed 40dB, which is equivalent to a quiet environment. The unit can operate in temperatures from 0 to 40°C and at a relative humidity of 0–90% without condensation. Useful functions include automatic charging (Auto-Charge), charging when turned off (Off-Mode Charging), and automatic restart after power is restored (Auto-Restart). A permanently attached 1.2-metre power cable makes it easy to connect to the wall. It has an IP20 rating. Using the free-to-download Power Monitor software, you can monitor the unit's status, configure its behaviour, and set up an automatic system shutdown during a prolonged power outage.
Connectivity and sockets
Four Schuko sockets are available for connecting appliances, all of which are backed up and protected against surges. In addition to the power outputs, the supply also includes two RJ-11/45 ports (input/output) to protect a telephone line or LAN data network from voltage spikes. HID USB and LAN ports are used for communication with a computer and for management.
